Key Responsibilities: Understand and follow The VC3 Way, our standards and processes that ensure predictable results for customers. Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing. Develop new accounts in assigned markets. Perform sales functions to increase utilization of VC3s products and services. Build relationships with decision makers and connect problems with solutions. Attend networking events, trade shows, and be active in the community. Source prospects through curated lists and cold calling. Achieve minimum revenue and growth objectives. Develop sales presentations, quotes, and proposals with minimal guidance. Prepare accurate sales and activity reports. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: Experience with professional sales including consultative and solution sales, client needs assessment, and sales plan development. Strong end-user selling and negotiating skills. 3+ years selling B2B products or services in a quota-bearing hunting role. Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills. Self-initiated, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of networking and client/server architecture concepts. IT services/solutions sales experience; MSP, cloud, VOIP, cybersecurity sales experience a plus. Additional Information: Travel requirements include a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel overnight and on weekends as needed.
