Job Description Under the direction of the Principal, the Early Childhood Educator: partners with the classroom teachers to plan and implement a full day early learning program; collaborates in the design of high quality and effective play-based programs and environments; supports enhanced physical, cognitive, emotional and social development within the context of a Catholic learning environment, as part of the Early Learning program team. Required Qualifications The ideal candidate will be graduating in 2025, 2026 or 2027 with an ECE diploma. Status: Casual Early Childhood Educators must be available to work on call during regular school hours at various school locations. Compensation Annual (or Hourly) Salary: These are casual positions with an hourly rate of $24.03 plus 4% in lieu of vacation. The hourly rate effective as of September 1st, 2025, is $25.03.
