Sales Coordinator (Bilingual) - Full-Time/Regular Job Summary: Responsible for sales and customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and managing sales leads. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other means. Manage sales opportunities and perform tasks to turn them into billable sales. Source new products and negotiate purchase prices. Check inventory and fulfill orders when possible. Correspond with customers via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high customer satisfaction as measured by automated surveys and feedback. Enter quotations and orders into sales systems, ensuring accuracy and following up as necessary. Meet daily standards for quotes and sales output. Build new customer relationships and capture accurate information. Interact with all departments to meet customer commitments. Maintain product and pricing information in business systems. Proactively develop new business through outgoing customer calls. Metrics Achieve a minimum of 20 transactions per day. Make a minimum of five outbound calls per day (or 7-10 calls for late shifts). Physical Demands This is an office job requiring operation of a telephone and computer. Bonus/Commission Plan Compensated via the Sales Bonus program, with components including quote entry, customer satisfaction ratings, and commission payouts. Commission amounts are disclosed and updated regularly. Employee Evaluation Summary Evaluated on quantitative productivity levels and customer satisfaction. Regular coaching and written evaluations, including introductory, monthly, and annual reviews. Work Schedule Established between manager and employee, generally an 8-hour period between 8:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one-hour break. Work Environment A professional open call center office environment, with occasional visits to inventory warehouses or repair centers. Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to learn Radwell systems. Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to sell. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to speak and write English and French.
