OVERVIEW The Artist Coordinator plays a key role in supporting artists with travel, logistics, and day-to-day coordination, while also contributing to project and operational administration. This role is best suited for someone adaptable, resourceful, and detail-oriented. This person should be comfortable handling both the personal and professional needs of artists while ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Travel & Logistics Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation directly or through travel agents Liaise with touring crew to align itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Support visa and travel document applications as needed Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries and schedules for artists and team Anticipate and resolve travel conflicts or last-minute changes quickly and independently Artist Support Assist with personal needs such as reservations, gifting, or day-to-day errands Provide general support for artist activities including release rollouts, show announcements, and profile/metadata upkeep Coordinate logistics for events, pop-ups, or promotional activations Gather and organize materials for grant applications and reporting Operational Support Maintain artist records and internal tools such as Master Tour, Notion, Google Drive, and shared calendars Track and follow up on team projects and tasks Keep internal databases organized and up to date Ensure clear communication and consistent documentation across platforms Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative needs Support additional operations and cross-team projects as requested Qualifications Bachelors degree or diploma preferred 1-3 years experience in artist management, touring logistics, or administrative support Ability to travel as required, with valid passport Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong adaptability and creative problem-solving skills; able to work independently Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and reprioritizing as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Notion, and Excel Willingness to work outside traditional office hours, including evenings and weekends, when required A genuine passion for music bonus if youre familiar with the electronic dance music space #J-18808-Ljbffr
