Overview Position: (CAN) OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. This role involves picking, packing and dispensing online orders with a focus on high-quality standards, accuracy, safety and food hygiene to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Packs orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, verifying exact quantities and correct product codes. Ensures selected products are of high quality (no damages, fresh selection). Correctly documents and labels orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill to be space-efficient while maintaining product quality standards. Balances fulfillment duties with customer interaction and assists in resolving issues. Maintains safety and food hygiene standards, keeps work area clean, cleans spills promptly, and ensures totes are clean before packing; operates material handling equipment safely and completes safety pre-inspection checks. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction; demonstrates flexibility in completing assignments to meet daily delivery schedules.
