What You'll Do Own and drive design initiatives for embedded financial experiences, delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives. Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion). This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelors degree in a related field and 7+ years of product design experience. Base pay range per year: $150,000 - $200,000 Pay Grade - N Equity Grade - 7 Affirm is remote-first. The majority of roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some roles may require occasional work from an Affirm office. A limited number of roles remain office-based due to job responsibilities.
