Base pay range CA$95,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a background as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician, to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment. This position requires expertise in automation, preventative maintenance, and equipment optimization to ensure seamless production operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and efficient operations. Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery and automated systems in a high-speed production setting. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance machine performance and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and part inventories. Support the implementation of new equipment, upgrades, and automation initiatives. Qualifications: Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Electrician certification is required. Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on automation. Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
