Overview Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it\'s not just about selling soap it\'s about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Position: Seasonal Ambassador Hours: 0-39 hours/week Contract Type: Contract Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience: Driving sales, utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store\'s overall sales. Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening to needs, asking open-ended questions, and demonstrating product benefits. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement. Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge with ongoing learning to confidently recommend products that meet customer needs. Team Involvement: Development: use resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge; support team growth and performance through feedback and opportunities. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication and active listening, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each contribution. Operational Excellence: Time and attendance: punctual, reliable, present, and participate in teamwork. Visuals and Merchandising: maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Stock and Inventory: adjust product displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures: follow opening/closing standards, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience in a team environment, skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages West Edmonton Pay: $16.50 CAD Best of luck on your job search, and don\'t forget to follow us to learn more!
