We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care. Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support when needed. Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to develop and implement personalized care plans. Provide health education to clients and their families on chronic conditions, medications, and healthy living. Ensure accurate documentation of care activities, assessments, and health changes. Supervise and guide caregivers to ensure adherence to care protocols. Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Valid LPN license in British Columbia. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home care setting (experience with seniors preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
