Responsibilities Position: Seasonal Ambassador Hours: 0-39 hours/week Contract: Contract role Interview Plan: Seasonal Ambassador Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales by using store data and feedback to exceed goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience, listen to customers, identify needs, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers day. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and articulate these values in-store and through community engagement. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs. Team Involvement: Use available resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
