Job Summary We are seeking an Intake Specialist for CIBC Square. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Coordination of event requests, including triaging and directing Intake Form requests and supporting scheduling of meetings and event bookings. Guest services & communications, including managing the general mailbox and cultivating relationships on behalf of the CIBC Square Conference Centre. Administrative support, including providing regular updates to the events team and landlord operations team, and configuring and updating the Event Management System. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-5 years of relevant experience. Refined hospitality-communication skills and the ability to manage our intake dashboard and event calendar. A reliable, mature, and consistent approach to your work.
