BB.Q Chicken & Pub Main Street is looking for F/T Restaurant Manager. Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on Experience) Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week Number of Positions: 1 4% vacation pay Job Duties: Plan, organize and control the overall operations of the restaurant Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures Hire staff and supervise staff training Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies Job Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
