Overview Base pay range: CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$73,000.00/yr at Pacific Smoke International Inc. Hybrid (4 day on-site with occasional travel required). We are seeking a culturally aligned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Markham. Job Purpose As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in maximizing online sales performance and optimizing the user experience across our ecommerce platforms. You will leverage your expertise in conversion rate optimization, merchandising, email marketing, and lead management to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities Website Content Management: Coordinate with brand managers to schedule product launches and promotions, and work with web merchandisers to ensure they go live on time and without errors. Collect digital assets and copy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Optimize category pages, PDPs, PLPs, navigation, search layouts, and promotional/product launch placements to ensure high visibility and minimize clicks, helping users reach their goals quickly. Manage request intake forms to ensure all requests are addressed and followed up on (i.e. sales team clarification on a promo). Digital Communications: Plan and coordinate email marketing communications (newsletters, launches/promotions, educational content, and announcements). Collaborate with SEO teams on on-page and off-page content to ensure consistency in brand tone and visuals. Maintain and update content across all digital platforms (i.e. social media and shared media drives). Revenue & Conversion Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue across ecommerce platforms. Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, competitor and user research to identify optimization opportunities and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and web development to implement and improve conversion rates and revenue. Support the development and structure of CRM platforms to capture data and actionable insights throughout the MQL-to-sales journey. Reporting Analytics: Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on all digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and initiatives. Support monitoring of project status, budget, and measuring digital traffic and paid marketing leads. Conduct market and competitor research to guide campaign strategies and promotion discount decisions to maximize ROI. Analyze data to identify user drop-off points and recommend strategies to prevent them, while developing tactics to increase revenue. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization, with a focus on B2B sales. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates through strategic ecommerce initiatives. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity, MS Excel, or similar. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience working with digital platforms such as Shopify, Magento, NetSuite ERP, Asana/Monday/Jira. Experience in lead nurturing and capturing action insights via CRM tools. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, presentation, written and verbal skills. Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
