Job Description

Overview Randstad is seeking an Operations Officer to join a growing team within a large banking organization. This hybrid role will initially focus on back-office tasks before transitioning to a balance of phone interactions and account management. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills and experience within a large organization. Position: Account Specialist Shift: Rotating shifts (8:30 5:00PM, 10 6:30PM, 11:30 8:00PM) Location: Markham, ON L3R 0X1 (Hybrid) 4 days a week in office starting November Advantages Work for a large, well-established organization. Opportunity for growth and conversion to a permanent role. Three days of paid training provided. Responsibilities Provide inbound and outbound support to customers. Create an exceptional customer experience. Navigate multiple systems to locate and update customer information. Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing information. Follow procedures for Business Account compliance, including documentation. Ensure accurate documentation reflecting client intentions. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service or contact center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with ambiguity and solve problems. Banking experience and additional language skills (Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, French) are assets.
