Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting to join our team. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP standards. Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements for MGMA Capital Holding Limited and subsidiaries. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy. Implement and maintain internal controls for safeguarding assets and compliance. Support the year-end audit process with documentation. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed. Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification or in progress. 2+ years in financial reporting, preferably in corporate or public accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and in a team.
