Were seeking a RIBO-licensed Account Executive to join our team, working closely with senior brokers and contributing to account management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What Youll Do Support the management of a large commercial and personal lines book of business. Deliver excellent customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and endorsements. Collaborate closely with a senior broker to learn best practices in client relationship management and sales. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Apply critical thinking to solve problems and anticipate client needs. What Were Looking For RIBO license required. 2+ years of insurance industry experience (sales or service). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
