Create structural BIM models and drawing sets. Generate accurate structural plans and details based on construction techniques, record drawings, and instructions from architects and engineers. Coordinate with other disciplines, team members, and external consultants. Ensure work meets high-quality standards and project deadlines. Solve design and construction problems. Take ownership of your work, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely communication. What You Bring to the Table Recently graduated or soon to be graduated with an Architecture / Construction or Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent. Experience in BIM modeling or drafting of structural engineering projects. Proficiency in structural drafting with Revit and AutoCAD. Understanding of Ontario / Canadian building construction and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn and face new challenges.
