What Youll Bring To Our Team A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach Detail-oriented and organizedable to multitask under pressure Reliable and accountablesomeone your team can count on Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an assetbut not required Willing to use own personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement) A Day in the Life Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets Process auto insurance transactions (renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more) Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients Support the branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Salary Expectations The compensation structure is base salary plus commissions. The base salary is expected to be between $40,000 and $45,000 , with additional commissions based on sales performance. Total compensation varies with experience, location, and business line.
