We are looking for a Graduate HR Generalist - AMER to support our AMER region. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, set high expectations, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will work independently, take a hands-on approach, and communicate clearly in a proactive, innovative environment. We seek HR support to assist colleagues in their personal development and to maintain high standards across multiple teams, managers and directors. Location: Remote in the AMER region Responsibilities Provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding employment and contracts, onboarding, global benefits, employment verifications, and other general inquiries; escalate when necessary. Maintain our HRIS with a high degree of accuracy and timely processing of changes and new joiners. Own global projects (e.g., engagement, training or culture initiatives). Partner with managers and employees, supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy for your areas of responsibility. Act as a global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives. Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, creation of files, systems setup, and coordination of introductory reviews. Provide support to employees for enrollment and processing of benefits and payroll data, ensuring monthly data is on time and accurate; liaise with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments. Create purchase orders for internal departments. Provide administrative support for enrollment and processing of benefits. Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance. Continually improve processes to advance the HR function. Qualifications Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies. Internship experience in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a clear focus on accuracy. High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data. Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change. Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team. Aspiring to grow your career within HR. Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events. Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
