Position (CAN) Manager, Business Operations eCommerce (IC) Walmart Canada Overview The Manager, Business Operations eCommerce drives strategy, execution, and growth of omni-channel programs. Responsibilities include vendor management, operational planning, and ensuring compliance, financial scrutiny, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Manage the strategy and execution of third-party vendor programs, including contract negotiations, cost controls, and risk mitigation while ensuring service delivery and compliance with legal and financial standards. Oversee driver payments, benchmarking solutions, and development of programs to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Lead operational planning focused on supply needs; develop incentives to optimize resource efficiency. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Finance to align programs with business goals and profitability. Support development of new on-demand delivery programs using industry best practices. Report program performance to senior leadership, identify metrics, and address blockers. Support financial activities such as P&L, budget development, and expense management while ensuring compliance with payment processes. Develop customer value propositions and drive outcomes using data insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
