CAN OMNI CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE Work at Walmart Canada and develop your skills in the retail industry. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will pick, pack, and dispense online orders, ensuring high quality, accurate, and timely delivery while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards. What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve on-time delivery. Packs orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products and ensuring correct quantity and product codes. Ensures that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest selection, etc.). Correctly documents and labels all orders with pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issue resolution. Strictly adheres to safety and food hygiene standards, keeps the work area clean, and operates material handling equipment safely. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational changes to improve productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
