Immigration Law Clerk / Case Coordinator Division: Moodys Private Client Law | Published: September 4, 2025 Moodys Private Client LLP is currently seeking a full-time Immigration Law Clerk / Case Coordinator to join our Immigration team in Toronto. This role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative environment. We are looking for a professional, motivated, and resourceful individual who can work as part of a high-performing team. The successful candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Job Description The candidate should have at least one (1) year of experience as a U.S. or Canadian Immigration Law Clerk (or closely related position) assisting with a voluminous and diverse case load. Responsibilities Drafting company support letters and legal submissions for U.S. and Canadian immigration and labour/labor agencies Organizing and preparing submissions for various government petitions and applications Implementing and customizing various case management software and other technologies utilized for data collection, drafting, tracking expiration dates, setting reminders, and meeting deadlines Communicating and working effectively with clients and team members from various firm practice areas in our Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto offices Assisting in the client intake process and responding to client inquiries through email and telephone; Performing various administrative duties including organizing and managing files, tracking deadlines, photocopying/faxing/scanning, etc. Subscribe to Moodys Private Client Career Opportunities If you would like to be notified about our current opportunities in the future, subscribe below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
