Overview Health Safety Environment Specialist Join a growing team dedicated to creating a safe, compliant, and positive workplace. The EHS Specialist supports safety programs, delivers training, and promotes a proactive safety culture across all operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor compliance with WorkSafeBC, OHS, and company safety standards Deliver EHS training (WHMIS, PPE use, etc.) and support the Joint Health & Safety Committee Conduct risk and PPE assessments; assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Coordinate return-to-work programs and maintain safety documentation Promote environmental stewardship and continuous improvement Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial safety experience Knowledge of WorkSafeBC and OHS regulations CSA Intermediate First Aid (required); NCSO certification an asset Diploma/degree in OHS or related field Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Perfect for safety-minded professionals ready to grow in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
