Conduct regular analysis of key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on website traffic, sales performance, and ROI. Maintain accurate product inventory, pricing, and promotional details on all online storefronts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, customer support, and design. Research competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Implement A/B testing to enhance UX, checkout flow, and conversion rates. Ensure excellent user experience by monitoring website performance and resolving technical issues. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central). Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. Experience working with large product catalogs, multiple SKUs, or multichannel e-commerce strategies is preferred. Working Hours Full-Time Monday to Friday Flexible working hours (Core hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM) Occasional weekend availability during peak sale periods Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping trends. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for online retail. Ability to interpret data to make informed strategic decisions. Knowledge of automation tools, integrations, and APIs is a plus.
