Job Description

1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales, prepress, and production teams Coordinate all aspects of print production from job initiation through final delivery Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Review and prepare client files for print (preflight, file corrections, output setup) Ensure print jobs meet technical requirements (bleed, resolution, color accuracy, etc.) Maintain organized documentation for each project, including specs, proofs, and revisions Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide quick, client-focused solutions Experience 3+ years working in client solutions environment 3+ years of experience in a print production environment, preferably in a coordination or prepress role Experience with digital, offset, and large format printing Qualifications Proficiency in Prepress Software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator) workflow, file setup, and processes Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction Additional Information Job Type - On-Site, Permanent, Full-Time Job Categories - Admin Support Manages Others - No Required Travel - No Relocation Assistance - No Learn More About the Recruiter Andrew Schofield is at the forefront of industry staffing solutions in the Canadian Media, Print & Packaging Industry as it evolves through Corporate Merger Acquisition, Product Development, or Technological Advancement.
