Overview Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join the growing, dynamic team at a new boutique firm based in Calgary, Alberta! This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial, business-minded attorney to grow and develop in a vibrant and collegial environment! This is a full-time and onsite role at a law firm in Calgary, Alberta. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience with business law, client interaction, and strategic case development from day one. The attorney will handle all aspects of business law including: financings, acquisition/sale transactions, corporate law, business contract drafting, tax planning, and business advisory services. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Counsel clients on a variety of business law matters, including corporate governance, acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, reorganizations, tax planning, human resources, regulatory compliance, and business agreement drafting and advisory services.
