Overview The Wood Automotive Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join the Taza Park Volkswagen dealership in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities Work closely with the business office, sales team, service department, and detail department to manage the delivery process of all vehicles Act as a liaison between Parts, Service and Sales to ensure all departments understand time frames and responsibilities related to the delivery process and meeting delivery times Provide follow-up contact as required Solicit and forward feedback on the delivery process to all parties involved Provide reports and updates on the delivery status of all vehicles, ensuring proper sign-off and customer satisfaction Research new and innovative accessory products At the time of sale, recommend and advise accessories that are appropriate for the customer's vehicle Seek out business opportunities and all sales opportunities Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong computer proficiency Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Benefits Exceptional benefits package Pension Plan with employer contributions Employee Assistance Program including financial advisory services, nutritional counselling, legal advisory services, counselling services, fitness program, and more Corporate rates at YMCA and GoodLife Fitness Group social events and company perks Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Applicants who are not contacted for an interview may not hear back.
