Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - UPPER CANADA MALL Join Bath & Body Works as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday season. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the best products and delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales and contribute to a high-energy environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Follow safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment; perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products up to 50 pounds when required (individuals must be able to lift 10 pounds consistently). Adhere to policies and procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retailer environment with demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate situations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Availability to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
