Essential Responsibilities & Duties Lead and support a wide range of infrastructure planning and asset management projects, including master plans, intensification studies, Class Environmental Assessments (Class EAs), and hydraulic modelling studies. Manage technical components of water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater servicing projects from concept through delivery. Guide junior staff, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. Serve as a key point of contact with clients, assisting with proposal development, presentations, and ongoing communication. Prepare and review high-quality project deliverables including reports, memos, modelling outputs, mapping, and design briefs. Contribute to innovative servicing strategies that align with evolving community and environmental needs. Minimum Qualifications Degree in civil/environmental engineering, planning, or a related field; P.Eng. or eligible is preferred. 48 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure planning, servicing, and hydraulic modelling. Proven ability to independently manage technical work and coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs. Proficiency with modelling software (e.g., InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, PCSWMM) and GIS tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presenting to clients. Strong familiarity with Canadian municipal infrastructure standards and planning frameworks. Passion for sustainable infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative project delivery.
