We are seeking Property Claims Examiners to join our growing team! The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed and timely service. Utilizing a desktop model, IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and also helps offset third-party adjusting costs. Although intended to be a remote work opportunity, this position may require attendance to the office for training, client meetings, or team meetings with ample notification. Responsibilities Examine moderate to intermediate complex property claims Produce reports with occasional guidance from Manager Direct Field Adjusters on task assignment investigations Settle claims directly with Insureds or their representatives Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts Liaise with all stakeholders to insure clients needs are met Report back to the syndicate or self-insured according to their guidelines Qualifications & Experience While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions. You will have to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.
