Our Ideal Candidate We seek a British Columbia Land Surveyor in Training to join our Kamloops office. You will work under the mentorship of our Land Surveyors to develop professionally. A Day in the Life Conduct legal surveys for property boundaries and natural or human-made features Prepare and maintain drawings, official plans, records, and documents Perform topographic, hydrographic, construction layout, 'as-built,' and deformation surveys Perform other surveying duties as required We have purchased new Trimble gear, so you'll work with top-of-the-line equipment! What Youll Bring Geomatics Degree or Diploma Certificate of Completion from the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors (preferred but not required) Experience in legal or construction surveying (asset) Experience with Civil 3D or survey processing software (asset) Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Dependability and ability to travel for work Willingness to learn and contribute Valid drivers license Whats in it for you?
