Accountabilities Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with prospective clients, providing customized mortgage consultations. Support clients during the mortgage application process and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and issues promptly. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in mortgage applications. Review applications for adherence to underwriting standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and educate clients on regulatory requirements. Drive sales by offering expert advice on mortgage products and employing strategic sales initiatives. Identify and reach out to potential clients via various channels, including social media, to build a lead pipeline. Attend industry events and develop partnerships with real estate agents and builders for referrals. Engage with community groups and online platforms to increase visibility and generate leads. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years in strategic sales and networking Extensive knowledge of the BC real estate and economic market Knowledge of residential mortgage products and services Ability to analyze financial information and mortgage applications Expertise in mortgage underwriting standards and regulations Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools Experience with online networking platforms and community engagement Proven sales record and experience in building client relationships Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and lead generation strategies Active involvement in community and business development activities Why join Coast Capital Savings?
