What Youll Do Deliver Engaging Lessons : Teach theory and advanced hands-on techniques, including clinical facials, hydra facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, skin tightening, microneedling and more. Demonstrate & Mentor : Show proper procedures, coach students in practical sessions, and uphold top-tier safety and sanitation standards. Assess & Guide : Evaluate student progress through practical exams and projects, offering constructive feedback and personalized support. Stay Current : Incorporate emerging trends and technologies into the curriculum to keep programs fresh and in demand. Build Community : Actively collaborate in creating content, engage online through social media, encourage a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere and nurture professional growthboth in the classroom and online. What Were Looking For Industry Expertise : Solid background in esthetics, with advanced clinical skills including clinical facials, hydra facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, skin tightening, and microneedling. Teaching experience is a major plus. Communication Skills : Clear, approachable, and adaptive style that resonates with diverse learners.
