What You Will Do Facilitate the development of content across multiple channels by collaborating with cross functional teams, aligning strategic objectives and content priorities Coordinate input from stakeholders and subject matter experts both internally and externally Guide the content development process between Brand and Creative Services, Marketing and Product teams Manage the editorial and content calendar with department and agency stakeholders Organize and lead monthly meetings to share information and ensure that all teams are on the same page Assemble, advise and influence stakeholders to develop a strong content practice, brand tone and a consistent content experience In partnership with agency partners and digital marketing team, continually evaluate current state, best practices and recommended approach for all Echelon content channels In partnership with leaders and digital channel experts, determine KPIs for each channel Refine and develop the yearly editorial calendar based on ongoing business goals and objectives Create content in a unified voice that reflects Echelons distinct brand personality Gather, analyze and report on performance of initiatives, drawing conclusions, proposing and implementing appropriate recommendations Who You Are Post secondary education with a preferred focus in media studies, journalism or marketing Minimum 3 years experience in content development Internal/external/partner relationship management Excellent knowledge of digital content platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters) An understanding of AODA standards Relevant agency, media or independent blogging experience is considered an asset Experience with content tagging or personalization is a plus Our Commitment We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with all applicable Provincial Human Rights and Accessibility Legislation.
