This is a Hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office up to 3 days a week. As the Creative Lead for Cogir's managed brands across the Rest of Canada portfolio, this role is responsible for shaping and executing cohesive visuals across all brand touchpoints. From digital and print to Out of Home, signage, web, and social media, the work translates strategic direction into compelling visual storytelling throughout the customer journey. Every deliverable will align with business objectives, marketing strategy, and the established equity of each brand. Key Responsibilities Lead the portfolio's visual identity across channels, with emphasis on enhancing design layout, tone and imagery. Develop and execute creative strategies, concepts and visuals that connect brand narrative to business goals, customer personas, customer behaviors and needs. Drive consistent visual branding across applications including digital platforms, marketing campaigns, content, and signage. Fully immerse in understanding business objectives, industry trends, regional differentiators and competitive landscape. Uphold and champion brand guidelines, design systems, and visual asset libraries for consistent application across all touchpoints. Maintain a deeply informed awareness of design trends, social trends and tools to be a recognized subject matter expert, with a vested interest in keeping the brands look and feel fresh and effective. Adapt core creative concepts into creative design for localized materials including print ads, DMs, out of home, digital assets, tailoring versions for each brand/residence, executing individual creative that ensures consistency in message while aligning with individual brand identities. Uphold quality standards for all materials including site photography and lifestyle imagery to ensure it is elevated and reinforces brand narrative. Identify and solution gaps in libraries for representing various residence tiers and customer personas. Work in collaboration with the Production Manager and Directors to brief and manage photoshoots/videoshoots as required. Contribute to creating social media and website content/assets (stories, reels, TikToks) that align with marketing goals. Promote a culture of collaborative creativity. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between (ROC) and Quebec design teams and other stakeholders in marketing and/or web teams to ensure coherent execution across channels. Work closely with the Production Manager and other Marketing team members to continuously refine design processes and workflows to optimize delivery, quality, and alignment with brand strategy. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience: 57 years in creative roles; 2+ years in brand or design leading positions an asset. 5+ years direct Graphic Design Experience required Education: University degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, multi-channel creative projects (e.g. identity, campaigns, digital, HTML, motion/video). Tools: High proficiency with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Suite, etc.) and experience working with design systems. Proficiency in video creation/editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar), an asset. Basic understanding of web performance, accessibility, and email marketing.
