Position Universal Call Center Rep: Sales representatives who are trained to excel in selling and to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them effective in providing both sales support and customer care. Compensation Earn $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee. Schedule & Hours Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You may work more hours if you choose. Set your own flexible schedule between MondayFriday, 7:30 am11:00 pm EST (Peak 9:00 am4:00 pm EST); Saturday 7:30 am8:00 pm EST (Peak 7:30 am8:00 pm EST); Sunday 9:00 am8:00 pm EST (Peak 11:00 am3:00 pm EST). Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message, and others. Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to responding to general inquiries. Communicate with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Evaluate customer needs quickly and offer efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility in handling diverse requests. Experience & Skills At least 1 year of sales experience (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required). Must meet the minimum of 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated above.
