We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Planning Officer Resume Due Date: Tuesday, August 19, 5:00 PM EST Job ID: 25- Number of Vacancies: 2 Level: MP4 Duration: 12 Months Hours of work: 35 Hours per week Location: CHQ, Oshawa Work Mode: Hybrid 2 days remote Job Overview This position will support the implementation of Renewable Generation (RG) Preventative Maintenance (PM) programming changes associated with its Preventative Maintenance Excellence (PME) initiative. This position will be responsible for carrying out Asset Suite 9 (AS9) Maintenance module programming changes endorsed by RGs Preventative Maintenance Review Board. This will include but not be limited to: Developing model work order packages for execution by RG Maintenance Staff Programming model work order packages into AS9 Work Management Module for various RG Stations and Regions Tracking progress of AS9 Work Management Module programming changes associated with RGs Preventative Maintenance Review Board (PMRB) Initiating and Tracking progress of Preventative Maintenance Modification Requests through Engage Software Presenting status updates to various stakeholder forums, including PM Excellence meetings, PMRB meetings and others Developing reports, metrics, dashboards and recommendations associated with RGs Preventative Maintenance Excellence Initiative. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Grade 12, plus up to two years of study in a related field, or equivalents Plus either a trades apprenticeship or operating training Required Skills: Proficiency in Asset Suite 9 Work Management module in planning and scheduling tasks Required Skills / Experience: Requires thermal, hydroelectric or nuclear generating station experience Our client is dedicated to promoting employment equity and encourages applications from equity-seeking communities including but not limited to Indigenous Peoples, racialized individuals, persons with disabilities, and women.
