This is the #YPLife and what working at Yellow Pages is all about. Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert of Customer First, Salesforce, Rate Proprosal Tool, Compass and other sales tools. Plan, design, and develop systems training for new hires and existing employees. Identify learning gaps and solutions, facilitate the training and provide post training support to individuals and groups. Evaluate and track learning programs to ensure effectiveness of the learning solutions. Develop reinforcement programs to support training initiatives. Coordinate administrative functions relevant to training initiatives. Raise the knowledge and use of current releases of Customer First, Salesforce, Rate Proprosal Tool, Compass and other sales tools of all system users. Represent the interests and needs of employees impacted with Customer First, Salesforce, Rate Proprosal Tool, Compass and other sales tools releases and the evolution of sales tools. Collaborate with business partners to identify business needs, develop new policies and procedures to support the sales process and the technology. Provide updates, feedback and reporting to Customer First, Salesforce, Rate Proprosal Tool, Compass and other sales tools initiatives to the Sales Leadership team. Support new release initiatives e.g. User Acceptance testing. Ensure training support documentation is current. Work with counterparts in other regions to transfer knowledge and maximize opportunities for consistency nationally. Maintain familiarity of all Yellow Pages products, sales processes, policies and other software applications to see how it links in with Customer First/Salesforce. What do you need to be a Business Solutions Analyst at Yellow Pages? Qualifications High school education, technical degree/diploma an asset High technical aptitude At least 2 years of YPG experience Strong working knowledge of Customer First Must be knowledgeable of YPG products, the sales process and procedures involved in the processing of sales contracts and ad requests Previous training and facilitation experience preferred Travel will be required Valid driver licence required Nice to have Able to work independently Able to influence and partner effectively with other internal departments Good analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities Strong client/customer service orientation Excellent communication and presentation skills Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize In Eastern region, a functional knowledge of French and English languages You are ready to join the Yellow Pages adventure as a Business Solutions Analyst?
