Responsibilities Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone. Developing repair estimates by considering the cost of materials, supplies, and labor. Preparing repair orders by detailing the vehicles problems or symptoms. Connecting customers to the right auto technician. Test-driving vehicles to confirm the repairs meet customer expectations. Maintaining automotive records by tracking problems and corrective actions. Qualifications Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role. CDK experience is an asset. Automotive knowledge and proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals; thrives in a fast-paced environment with many priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to remain calm when customers or situations are challenging. Excellent organization and follow-up skills; experience with technology.
