Overview Human Resources Coordinator Performance Auto Group, Head Office Niagara (21-month contract) Performance Auto Group is a leading automotive group committed to fair and respectful relationships with our team, customers, partners and communities. This role provides confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Human Resources Manager and coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities in a fast-paced environment. What youll deliver Perform detailed and time-sensitive administrative tasks, including drafting employment offers and amendments, and managing all employment lifecycle changes (e.g., compensation adjustments, promotions, demotions, intercompany transfers and resignations). Draft, obtain approvals, and finalize documentation on updates following internal procedures and deadlines. Respond to employee/external inquiries by phone or email; handle photocopying, scanning, filing, research, data collection, and drafting memos/charts/presentations. Deliver high-quality customer service to maintain positive working relationships with dealership leaders, candidates and employees. Ensure all employee tickets and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Assist with planning and coordinating new employee onboarding activities, including pre- and post-orientation tasks. Ensure new hire documentation, equipment requests, and system access are completed before the first day. Scan and upload new hire documentation to the payroll database. Track and administer OMVIC registrations (new registrations, transfers, cancellations, renewals) and conduct routine compliance audits. Build reports using ADP WFN, Google applications and other reporting tools. Coordinate and distribute employee identity materials, including Employee Services mail. Occasionally assist with benefits administration and responding to benefit inquiries. Adhere to applicable federal and provincial regulations and company policies; exercise discretion and confidentiality. Perform other duties as directed by management and Senior Leadership. What you need to succeed Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field. CHRP designation in process. 12 years of HR-related experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Google applications, Sheets and Team Drive. Ability to build strong working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proven time management skills and ability to take initiative on projects. Positive, solution-driven attitude; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Solid judgment, analytical/problem-solving skills and initiative; professionalism and confidentiality.
