We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Greenville, SC territory in this unique community-based opportunity. Starting salary is $75,000 per year with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Responsibilities Strategy and execution: identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, build awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business, and drive inquiry generation. Shape high-impact partnerships for your territory and execute your daily work through informational presentations, calls and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value. Partner and influencer: provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners via in-person, phone or email communications, championing the GCE mission and supporting student success and institutional growth. Heart and Hustle: work remotely with ambitious targets, using critical thinking to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process and guide them toward a successful online learning experience. Qualifications A Bachelors degree required. No delinquent or default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current. Outstanding time management skills; ability to wear many hats and prioritize competing priorities, including travel. Clear communication skills across in-person, written and phone interactions; well-developed listening skills. Self-motivation and drive to succeed; willingness to take ownership of time spent with GCE students. High emotional intelligence; ability to coach a diverse range of students and develop partner relationships with empathy. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and flexible schedule; extensive travel within the territory; some evening/weekend availability; clean driving record. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have Relevant industry-related professional experience. Experience with CRM tools.
