Adapt behavior to meet social and educational needs. Assist children with daily activities, promote autonomy. Implement and respect the pedagogical project daily. Stimulate children's intellectual, emotional, and artistic capacities through age-appropriate activities. Propose parent/child reconnecting events. Establish safety bonds and reassure children during key moments. Monitor signs and inform parents as needed. Contribute to the educational aspect of the program. Inform parents of key moments during daily pick-up. Optimize spaces for children's development. Ensure resource availability for activities. Follow safety, hygiene, and legal standards. Address specific needs such as allergies or dietary restrictions. Coordinate activities for smooth service. Ensure children's safety during movements. Collaborate with nursery staff.
