Responsibilities The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to standard, ensuring both the interior and exterior are in excellent condition for customer delivery. This role supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols while providing high-quality service. Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of customer vehicles Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free Detailing interiors, wiping dash, vacuuming, and washing floor mats Apply paint sealant Clean and polish wheels and rims Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars Notify supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement Complete quality control checklist Perform other repair duties as required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment Excellent customer service skills You must be legally authorized to work in Canada Benefits Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans Employee and Family Assistance Programs Company-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career And those are just the basics.
