Description Du Poste Vous collaborez avec le directeur de lusine ainsi quavec les leaders daffaires nord-amricains pour surveiller la performance oprationnelle, dvelopper des plans stratgiques, des budgets, des prvisions et des analyses financires afin de faciliter la prise de dcision et datteindre les objectifs stratgiques de lentreprise. Lanalyste des cots veille lexactitude des cots afin de permettre les meilleures dcisions financires qui maximisent les objectifs stratgiques nord-amricains.Vous souhaitez faire une diffrence et travailler au sein dune quipe diverse et soude? Activits principales En collaboration avec lanalyste des cots, aider la rvision des comptes, y compris lexplication des carts entre les rsultats rels, le budget et les prvisions, et effectuer des enqutes sur ces carts. Assister lanalyste dans des projets spcifiques lis aux sites de fabrication. Contribuer au dveloppement des capacits, des outils et des rapports permettant la fonction Finance dinfluencer et de favoriser une meilleure prise de dcision au sein de lorganisation. Connaissances et comptences ncessaires Baccalaurat en administration des affaires, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe Titre CPA et/ou MBA un atout Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) Penseur dynamique et innovant avec dexcellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en rsolution de problmes Excellentes comptences en communication Comptences intermdiaires/avances en MS Excel Exprience avec de grands ensembles de donnes Connaissance de SQL (un atout) pour se connecter un entrept de donnes IPEX fait tout son possible pour rpondre aux besoins daccommodement des personnes handicapes durant tout le processus dentrevue et, sur demande, collaborera avec les candidats qualifis pour leur offrir des mesures daccommodement convenables de faon prendre en compte leurs besoins en matire daccessibilit dcoulant de leur handicap. Cost analysts ensure our costs are accurate to ensure the best financial decisions that maximize the North American strategic goals. Principal Responsibilities In collaboration with the cost analysts, assist with reviewing accounts, including variance explanations of actuals vs budget vs forecast, and conduct investigations of these variances. Assist the analyst in a specific project related to the manufacturing location. Help develop the capabilities, tools, and reports to enable Finance to influence and drive better decision-making in the organization.
