POSITION SUMMARY Provide administrative support to the sales, rental, and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Manage documentation, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and client agreements, with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with scheduling client appointments, vehicle deliveries, and service follow-ups. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering excellent customer service and professional communication. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records. Support inventory management by tracking vehicle and equipment availability, incoming shipments, and returns. Assist in preparing reports and internal documentation for management review. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on orders, agreements, and administrative processes.
