Job Profile We are seeking a motivated and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting payroll operations across multiple regions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will contribute to a smooth and compliant payroll process, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time while supporting broader administrative and reporting needs within the department. Schedule: Part-Time, 3 days/week at 10 hours/ day Benefits: Comprehensive Health and Dental plan RRSP Matching Employee Referral Program Professional Development Allowance Employee preferred fuel pricing program Employee Assistance Program Employee discounts at participating vendors On site parking Casual dress #dficareers Job Duties Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 250 hourly employees across Canada, Australia and the USA Assist with monthly salary payroll when required Process new hires, changes and terminations Benefits administration support Prepare records of employment using ROE Web Process remittances and disbursements to benefit carriers, tax authorities and WCB ensuring compliance Assist with year end T4s and W2s Prepare various routine and ADHOC reports for management Other administrative tasks as required Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate or greater skills with Microsoft excel Strong working knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices and procedures Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented and team player Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize work load to achieve them PCP designation or pursing PCP designation is preferred Experience using Explorer software or other construction software along with in-house software for time and attendance is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
