Your Role We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager for our Pickering, Ontario office. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities Work with a team of engineers, designers, procurement and construction specialists, contractors, vendors and other project support staff/stakeholders. Manage nuclear-related projects. Lead staff and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations. Monitor, track, and control project budget, schedule, and performance. Identify ways to improve project outcomes. Provide leadership to the Project Team. Communicate project updates with the client and other key stakeholders. Client delivery responsibility and establishing requirements as per procurement procedures. Assemble and lead meetings with project team members to communicate project scopes. Qualifications A university degree in Engineering (any discipline welcome). Other professional qualifications will be considered with relevant experience. 5+ years of project management experience, including leading and managing large multidisciplinary projects or large single-discipline projects. Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng) and/or PMP certification would be a strong asset. Strong client management skills to address challenging client requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Working knowledge of nuclear engineering principles and practices as applied to design and construction of projects is preferred. Nuclear (OPG or Bruce Power) experience is considered an asset. Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in developing project execution plans and budgets. Coaching, professional service management, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be eligible to obtain security clearance. Additional Information A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. A copy of a valid work permit may be required.
