Youll be leading a cross-functional group of designers focused on delivering high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences across Neos suite of financial products. As a Manager, Product Design, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, strategists, and other stakeholders to shape, design, and ship experiences that help Canadians get more from their money. Youll guide a talented team through the design processfrom discovery and definition to delivery and iterationwhile creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution. What You'll Be Doing Lead a team of product designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support in their professional growth Own day-to-day design delivery and ensure consistent execution across multiple teams or product areas Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other Design Leaders to define problems and solutions that create meaningful impact Advocate for customer needs and ensure user insights are embedded in the design process Drive clear communication and alignment between design and cross-functional teams Help improve design operations, tooling, and workflows to enable effective collaboration and scale Contribute to the growth and evolution of our design system Foster a culture of quality, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team Who We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of product designers 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and problem solving Proven ability to lead design efforts in fast-paced, start-up environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience working in complex, cross-functional product environments Financial technology or banking experience is a bonus Working At Neo The people who thrive at Neo are resourceful, growth-oriented, and driven to win.
