Overview CAN General Merchandise Associate 3 month contract (FR) at Walmart Canada. Location: 95 1St St, Orangeville, ON L9W 2E8, Canada. Responsibilities Offer excellent customer service by greeting customers courteously, promoting products and services, helping customers locate merchandise and make purchasing decisions, resolving related issues, and escalating concerns as needed. Cover designated areas in the sales floor and perform zone merchandising. Move featured items to their main display module and restock merchandise left at customer service counters and other store areas. Assist in covering the checkout area and communicate with other associates to maintain coverage at the cash area. Support a safe, clean, and unobstructed work environment by following company guidelines and procedures, including completing security sweep logs and ensuring displays are secure. Stock and de-stock merchandise and selections as needed; install security devices on items when required; install and replenish modules, including flexible modules, and set up new shelves.
