Recruitment Lead | Engineering | itec group Inc. | Were excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Project Manager. Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale industrial equipment? This is your chance to lead complex, custom-engineered projects from concept to delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in driving timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaborationdelivering high-value equipment to global clients. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and valued. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Lead and manage full project lifecycle for large-scale industrial equipment builds Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the project Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Prepare and lead project status meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients Ensure customer requirements, technical specifications, and commercial obligations are fully met Support change management, scope control, and issue resolution Mandatory Requirements: 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in a custom industrial equipment manufacturing environment Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and on budget Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assembly Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Experience with project management tools and ERP systems Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline Preferred Requirements: PMP Certification or equivalent project management training Experience with international clients or projects involving global logistics and commissioning Familiarity with industrial automation, heavy machinery, or custom-built capital equipment Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools Salary Range: $110,000 $130,000 If you are interested in learning more about the Project Manager job opportunity, please submit your updated resume to We are recruitment industry leaders committed to quality service, integrity, respect and equal opportunity.
